Summer of 2009

Here is just a run down of our summer time fun. The first 3 pictures are us camping up Beaver mountain at Kents Lake with our friends the Duncans. The next 3 are of our family vacation up north. Payton, Dallin, and Tatum were so cute riding a train for the first time they had such a blast. We had so much fun hanging out with our friends and family. We got to take the girls to the Manti pagent which was alot of fun, except for the mesquitos. There was no pool at or motel so we let them play around in the tub. Layton park was great, the kids got to feed ducks, and geese and then play on the playground. We also spent time going to see the open house at the Oquirrah Mt. Temple which was amazing.

This summer was also spent in Cedar of course, going to Ashlie's softball games, fishing at Yankee, running through the water, hanging out with family for birthdays, going to the park and cheerleading. There was some down falls though, Camden did have to go to the dentist to get some work done. Her mouth was numb forever but having her try to smile was the cutest thing ever. Now you know why I haven't updated much, we have had so much fun this summer with everyone.

Slacking on the job.

So I know I have been off for the summer and should have plenty of time to update this but I'm such a slacker. I'm spending a week up north so when I get back I will add pictures to show you what we have been up to. There wont be much on the whole summer cause I don't wanna back log on everything.

1st Digitgal Camera

So this is what happens when you give two pre-teen girls their own camera. Adam is very good at entertaing the girls, even if he has to dress up to do it. What a GREAT dad!

Not as innocent as she looks.

Look at this cute little face. Would you believe that as we were sitting taking the missionarie discussions Payton ran out in front of everyone butt naked yelling that she had to pee. The missionaries weren't quite sure what to think about that. Luckily when kids are younger they hold themselves when they have to go so the only got to see the "behind" view. Isn't potty training fun.

Easter

Easter was so much fun. We missed our usual trip to Moab but we had a blast being home with the De Witt's. We colored eggs, spent time at Red Cliff's and went to a few good Easter Egg Hunts. Those uncles are a big tease, but I love having them around. I loved having the extra days out of school and being able to spend my time with the girls.

Warm Air FINALLY!!!

The weather was perfect. It felt like the first official day of Summer even though it snowed a week later. This was part of my week off of school. Payton , Camden and I spent the day at our friends house. We ate lunch and played out side all day. My friend has 2 little boys the same age as Camden and Payton and as you can see as much as they pick on the they can hold their own. I think Skyler will think twice about pushing Payton again.
